STAT!Ref Now Provides Mobile Apps

STAT!Ref, the breakthrough cloud-based healthcare database, announced today that they now have mobile apps for Smartphones, including iPhone, BlackBerry and Android operating systems.

STAT!Ref Mobile takes STAT!Ref healthcare e-sources on the go. The STAT!Ref Mobile App allows a user to access their institution’s STAT!Ref subscription from a multitude of devices including iPhone, iPad, Blackberry and Android operating systems. With powerful interactive search functionality, STAT!Ref Mobile allows users to search their institution’s subscriptions anytime, anywhere.

STAT!Ref users are able to cross-search more then 350 fully-interactive healthcare resources, including full-text information from a variety of top healthcare publishers, societies and partners. STAT!Ref provides evidence-based clinical decision tools when and where they are needed, at the point-of-care. Multimedia content, including videos and images, are completely optimized for quick accessibility in the STAT!Ref platform.

Joe Maxwell and STAT!Ref Development Team Recognized!

Joe Maxwell  (Vice President of Development – STAT!Ref) was recognized during a company event this week for his many years of leadership, commitment, and dedication in managing the STAT!Ref Development initiatives.  During the past year, Joe has quietly spearheaded the multifaceted and complex improvement of the newly released STAT!Ref User Interface which has received glowing and enthusiastic reviews from Librarian Subscribers, various End-Users and STAT!Ref Company Associates.  Dean Serra (Vice President Sales & Marketing) presented Joe with the “TOP DOG” award and referred to “Max” (as he is known around the STAT!Ref office) as a leader and genuine “unsung hero”.    As Dean stated, “true leaders lead to help their team, their community, their office and not for fame and    attention.  It is amazing how much you can accomplish when it doesn’t matter who gets the credit.  Joe exemplifies authentic leadership qualities.”
